  2. Hardware accessories: Verify that the brand and model match the order, test strength, durability, and flexibility, and inspect the surface for no rust or scratches.
II. Inspection during Production
  1. Cutting: Check for accurate size and correct angle.
  2. Welding: Inspect for firm welding with no false or missed welds, and a uniform and aesthetic weld seam appearance.
  3. Surface treatment: Check if the process complies with requirements, test adhesion and corrosion resistance, and inspect the appearance for no sagging, blistering, or color differences.
III. Finished Product Inspection

  2. Appearance: Inspect for a flat and smooth surface with no scratches or dents, uniform color without significant color differences, and smooth and aesthetic decorative lines.

IV. Packaging Inspection
